Recruitment Process
The process begins with understanding your needs. You share the role requirements, timing, work environment and the type of profile you are looking for.
Based on your criteria, ProStaffing conducts a targeted search to identify candidates who match both the professional requirements and the service expectations of your business. We focus on reliability, communication skills and the ability to perform in hospitality environments.
Once suitable candidates are selected, we present them to you for review and interviews. When you decide to move forward, we assist and advise both you and the candidate to ensure a clear and smooth employment setup.
Our objective is to make the entire process efficient, structured and straightforward — from first contact to staff on site.
Price and Payment Structure
We operate with a fixed placement fee of €1,500 per successful candidate placement.
The fee becomes payable only once you have selected and formally agreed to hire one of the candidates we have presented. There are no upfront fees and no financial commitment before a hiring decision has been made.
This structure allows you to evaluate candidates with full confidence and flexibility. Our focus is on delivering the right match — professionally and personally — while keeping the process transparent and straightforward.
